Domestic Shipping Policy

We provide a personal delivery service where we personally deliver your products to your doorstep (or any other pre-determined location), as long as you’re within our servicing range (within 30kms of Beenleigh area).

Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders may be fulfilled during some weekends and holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery if choosing the postal option. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We make sure to package all our systems and component parts with the best care possible and aim to provide the fastest delivery possible.

We also offer a transparent Australia post shipping option for locations we cannot personally attend in a reasonable time frame.
