“LnR Gaming/us/we” refers to the following registered business in Australia

Customer or you is the person or company in which is purchasing a product or service from LnR Gaming
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding contract between the customer (“you”) and LnR Gaming. By placing an order for Goods or Services from LnR Gaming, you agree
to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you must refrain from using this website or making a purchase from LnR Gaming.
LnR Gaming reserves the right to amend, update, remove these terms of sales, website functionality or
stop/suspend the website operation to you from time to time without notice. Amended terms and
conditions will be posted on the Website and will become effective immediately after posting. By
continuing to use the Website after the revised and/or amended terms and conditions have been
posted, you agree to be bound by the revised and/or amended terms and conditions. In the
event any part of the Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable then you agree that
they will be severed from the Terms and Conditions and the remainder of the Terms and
Conditions will remain in full force and effect.
LnR Gaming may use, modify and reproduce any of your suggestions or feedbacks or ideas submitted
to us without any obligation to compensate you.
LnR Gaming reserves the right to change the prices of Goods or Services at any time without notice.
By placing an order, you agree to pay the price of the Goods, Delivery, Handling and Credit Card Surcharge where applicable. Paypal surcharge of 2.7% applies to all paypal payments.
All prices are Cash/EFTPOS price including GST.
LnR Gaming accepts Direct Deposit, Visa, MasterCard to pay for goods or services. All credit/debit card orders are subject to verification and approval.
Credit/debit cards are not charged until the order has been processed and is ready to ship unless the order is not a stocked item (special order). Orders paid for by Direct Deposit will not be processed or shipped until the funds transfer has been fully verified.
For online orders and subsequent collection of the orders at a LnR Gaming location, we accept the
following methods of payment:
a. Cash on collection.
d. VISA / MasterCard Credit/Debit Card, VISA / MasterCard Gift Card
Credit card surcharges will apply for each order.
Credit/Debit card: The following conditions apply:
(MasterCard, Visa incur a 1.5% surcharge.)
Paypal: The following conditions apply: (incur a 2.7% surcharge to cover Paypal merchant fees.)
Direct Deposit: into LnR Gaming account at any Heritage Bank or via your own internet/phone banking:
(Please allow 1-2 business days for Direct Deposit or BPAY to be processed into our account.)

Orders will be cancelled after 5 days if they are not picked up.

Prices are set at the time of purchase and are subject to change without any notice. We reserve the right to not honor typographical errors on prices.
Acceptance of orders:
LnR Gaming reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, for any reason. In addition, an automated electronic order confirmation does not indicate acceptance of an order.
Limitation of Liability:
All products sold are to be used at your own risk. Under no circumstances is LnR Gaming liable for the following:
(1) Third party claims against you for damages,
(2) Loss of, or damage to your records, data, or any type of hardware/equipment,
(3) Economic consequential damages (including lost profits, lost data, or lost savings), or incidental damages even if we are aware of the possibility.
(4) Any consequential damages. Consequential damages is defined as any damage which is a consequence of using this product or our website (data loss; hardware loss; or economic losses like profit loss, customer loss, or time loss).
LnR Gaming’s liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased from us and Australian consumer law. All of the products that we sell are to be used at your own risk and we are in no way liable for any loss, damage or injuries suffered from poor installation or use.
Once shipped, goods become the responsibility of the customer which then has consumer rights to the goods being delivered by the carrier.
LnR Gaming is not liable for any loss suffered by you in connection with the unavailability of this Website,
either due to the unavailability in part of the functions of this Website, or in its entirety.
While every attempt is made to keep this website as safe as possible, you must take your own precautions to ensure that accessing this website does not expose you
to the risk of viruses which may damage your computer. LnR Gaming will not be liable for any losses,
liabilities, damages in connection with your use of this Website.
You also understand our complimentary services are offered to the best of our ability but we do so under customers understanding we do it free of Liability to us or LnR Gaming.
You are responsible to provide correct delivery address. If an incorrect delivery address is
provided and we are subsequently notified of the error, LnR Gaming will do its best to redirect the
parcel to the updated delivery address. However, if this occurs then you understand that
additional delivery costs may be charged by Australia Post or our nominated courier and you
agree to pay such additional delivery costs. If the additional delivery costs is known then we
will endeavour to inform you of the costs first.
All products purchased from LnR Gaming come with a respective manufacturer warranty against manufacturer defects starting from the receipt or invoice date.
For dead on arrival, damaged in delivery or incorrectly delivered we provide full refund or replacement pending our confirmation/testing on issue.
Please contact us in these cases by email or phone so we can quickly rectify the issue.
Please return said product with suitable packaging (preferably with original packaging) to prevent damage in transit to us.
All warranty issues to us MUST include tax invoice.
If the product is not Dead on Arrival(DOA) or damaged in delivery and in full working condition or any defect or damage was caused after you took delivery of the product,
we will return the product to you. You will be invoiced the costs of testing the product and freight for the return of the product to you.
In some circumstances for standard non DOA warranty issues, products may need to be sent to respective manufacturer for testing.
If after testing it is found that the product is not faulty or damaged and any fault was caused by you,
we will return the product to you and invoice you the processing fee and freight costs to return the product to you.
Our warranty does not apply to any item that has been modified, overclocked, abused, physically damaged or mis-used unless pre-approved by us. Products are not warranted as to compatibility with your current components in regards to use, fit, or utility.
The consumer is responsible for making sure that the parts ordered from LnR Gaming will be compatible with their system (e.g correct heatsink for your CPU).
The customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product back to LnR Gaming in the same way it was delivered to them.
Customers must ship the item back to LnR Gaming using a reputable carrier that is capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. The customer bears all cost of shipping charges and all risk of loss in transit to LnR Gaming.
Please include your original invoice number and contact details, a description of the problem, and any other information you think might be related.
Adequately pack the product for shipment to us. Do not ship the product back to us using only the original retail box the product came in.
Pack it well – any damage caused to the product due to poor packaging or shipping choice is customer’s responsibility and we will not replace or repair the product under warranty. In all cases of returns, you must include a copy of the original receipt.
The Australian Consumer Law (ACL) protects consumers by giving them certain guaranteed rights when they buy goods and services. For example, the Law requires that goods must be free of defects, and do what they are meant to do.
Services must be carried out with care and skill. These rights, which the Law says automatically apply whenever goods or services are supplied to a consumer, are called ‘Consumer Guarantees’.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL and you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure.
Consumer Guarantees have no set time limit – depending on the price and quality of goods, consumers may be entitled to a remedy after any manufacturers’ warranty has expired.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Warranty turnaround time
Turnaround time for warranty claims largely depends on the manufacturer/distributor responsible for said product.
If we have suitable stock on hand we can and prefer to offer replacement out of our own stock.
LnR Gaming is not responsible for data contents or the security of the data contents contained in any returned goods.
We will not interact with any of your data without your express permission if required and make every attempt to respect and protect your privacy.
We will not be liable for any data lost during testing.
LnR Gaming does not offer refunds for change of mind
Please note deposits on custom system builds are non-refundable
Please inspect the contents of your shipment carefully upon your receipt of it. You have seven days after confirmed delivery to report any shortages in the shipment. We will not accept any responsibility, or offer any options after those seven days have passed.
All information submitted to us is private and confidential and not shared with any third party. Unless LnR Gaming is presented with a court order, your information will not be released or sold to any other person.
LnR Gaming is not responsible for the contents or privacy practices associated with linked websites or
implied endorsement for the operation of these linked websites. Please review carefully when
